The likelihood that Her Majesty will even blink, given the fact that The Bahamas is following the example of older and more established members of the Commonwealth, like Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, is pretty slim. It’s especially slim considering the fact that there is a move afoot in Britain itself to abolish or reform the British Empire honours.
