Israel: Eliyahu was killed

The body of the Israeli kidnapped youth Eliyahu Asheri was found overnight near Ramallah. It was devastating news for everybody in the Israeli blogsphere. Sarah never been to a funeral in Israel before, but she decided to attended this funeral. She wrote a post describing it. Aussie Dave has an updated post about the operation Summer Rains, Day Two, including the news of Eliyahu death. Yisrael said that there is something rotten in Israeli political and military establishments.Smooth describes Eliyahu killers as rabid Muslim animals, and finally, Batya is angry about CNN in keeping referring to Eliyahu “settler.”

  • My heart was grieved yesterday to learn of the cruel murder of Eliyahu Asheri. My heart-felt sympathies and condolences go out to his family, and I admire the strength of his mother for her words on Voice of Israel Radio.

    I wonder, why WAS Eliyahu’s, HORRIBLE MURDER NEVER REPORTED NOR DISCUSSED IN ANY AMERICAN NEWSPAPERS?
