As many Americans are now sure to travel to Argentina's capital city, Jeff Barry's review ^[3] of Tomás Eloy Martínez's novel, “The Tango Singer,” seems almost prescient: “The Tango Singer is about an American graduate student who travels to Buenos Aires to research Borges’ writings on tango.”
