Panama, Costa Rica: Gas Prices Up

In a pattern that surely many across the world can relate to, Don Ray and Bob Glass both mention the rising gas prices in Panama and Costa Rica respectively. It seems the gentlemen also have similar thoughts regarding blog templates.
