VEry nice for my final paper
I disagree on the thought that lack of constitutional backing of Russian language in the early 90’s was a large contributor to emmigration – people weren’t emmigrating cause they were worried “are we gonna be able to talk russian” but rather because of the economic and cultural reasons.
