Georgina, writing from Havana, says (ES) that China is selling locomotives to Cuba while Havana Journal writes about the 300,000 refrigerators being shipped over by the Chinese company, Haier of eastern Shandong province. Finally, Perú Político says (ES) that Peruvian textile manufacturing cannot keep pace with China's low wages.
