Uganda: American held on terrorism charges

Uganda-CAN reports that an American is presently being held under arrest in Uganda for illegal possession of arms and terrorism... It is claimed that the American hoped to collect the $1.7 bounty that is on the leader of the LRA (Lord's Resistance Army.
