Early this morning, Tim Muth posted the initial results [1] of yesterday's election in El Salvador: “Across the country, ARENA appears to have won 33 seats in the National Assembly versus 32 seats for the FMLN.” He then posts that in the San Salvador mayoral race Violeta Menjivar trails Rodrigo Samayoa by just 15 votes [2].
