Scott points to [1] a project started by a Guyana-based Peace Corps volunteer that teaches young people how to write using a blog as the teaching tool. The young people's blog is called Guyana Teenagers of Today [2], and so far they have tackled issues such as the drug trade [3], sexual assault [4] and HIV/AIDS [5].
