Robert Mayer of Publius Pundit writes about Helena Houdova, Miss Czech Republic 1999, who went to Cuba to see if her charity, the Sunflower Foundation, could help local children and people with HIV/AIDS, but was arrested for a “counterrevolutionary activity” of taking pictures of the Havana slums. The exhibition of Ms. Houdova's photos opened Feb. 22 at Langhans Gallery in Prague.
