    For third wold country like Kenya to get out of this biting poverty situation we must create convergence points between the following groups in our populations: elite vs non elite, rich vs poor and create an enabling enviroment for a bottos up intergrated approach in the society. Those with vast agricultural lands must utilise it or else the goverment should develop instituition for contract farmers.
