Chechen Underground Government Reshuffle

David McDuff at A Step At A Time has translated ^[1], for the Prague Watchdog, Ruslan Isayev's piece on the recent reshuffle in the “underground Chechen government”: “After the death last year of Aslan Maskhadov, President of independent Chechnya, the differences of opinion between the radical and moderate representatives of the Chechen resistance were obvious, but almost no one expected them to be manifested so soon. […] In short, it can now be boldly asserted that the radicals are winning this struggle.”
