Uganda-Can reports on a fire in Northern Uganda that has left more than a 100 people dead [1]. The town is home to civilians displaced by the LRA rebellion and government policy. Fires are commonplace northern Uganda’s crowded IDP camps, and leave thousands of already-destitute civilian IDPs homeless each year.
