Aruba & Netherlands Antilles: Status Aparte

Aruba's has “status aparte” vis-à-vis the Netherlands, but recent comments from the ruling party denying the existence of poverty in the island have ArubaGirl wishing Aruba would do like the Netherlands Antilles and hold a referendum. Then she could vote to have Aruba made a province.
