Kenyan blogger You Missed This comments on the Anglo-Leasing scandal that has exposed corruption in high places. He provides a background to the company starting in 1964 to the present and concludes “In my opinion, the only way to end corruption in Kenya once and for all must begin with a Truth-and-Reconciliation-type tribunal to flush out all the ghosts of the past, even as the current perpetrators are prosecuted to the full extent of the law – whoever they are.”
