    HI Lordplayboy:

I am writing in the name of a Cambodian. I am here to say that you will surely not have the 56 million dollars for other development, if you don’t use it for the Khmer Rouge Tribunal. This money is specifically given to the tribunal and you cannot use it for other purposes. I personally and perhaps generally fell that this money will more or less have some good impact on the recently and notoriousely corrupt judicial system of this war battered country – it is of course a legal development. Will you let someone who killed members of your family live freely? – let alone someone who killed million of people and who plunged the country to an almost complete destruction situation. The tribunal will somehow have more impacts:
    1. Attract more tourist to Cambodia – generate more money for the local people. By media, Cambodia will be known throughout the world when the tribunal is established.
2.Jobs and invaluable experience to work with international legal experts.
    3. A practical training for Cambodian court officials.
And might be more. Think about it?
