World: Holiday Food Recipes

Melissa, a chef from Panama – whose blog, Cooking Diva is recommended only if are not hungry – had the excellent idea of hosting a New Year's international recipe swap amongst food bloggers. Feel free to salivate over the submissions. Countries represented include Oman, Italy, Spain, Canada, India, England, France, Portugal, USA, Greece, Argentina, Malaysia, and of course, Panama. We hope she does this again and that even more regions are represented.

Gracias David! Happy New Year to you :) Hugs,

  • It would be great if we can submit some recepies from different countries. Food in Tunisia is almost organic, and everything served in restaurant is 100 % prepared and cooked by the chef from fresh ingredient. olive oil is present in most diches and it also used as a face cosmetic product and body massage

  • We would LOVE to write about food in Tunisia. Would you write something in your blog about your personal experience there at the restaurants and with food in general. And, of course…as many recipes as you can :-)

    Have a great week!

I am a Chef Instuctor for a College. We are now trying to come up with a menu for our Final Dinner. We are expecting 120 or so guests in our restaurant. I am having trouble finding recipes/ideas for our theme…ETHNIC HOLIDAY TRADITIONS! I would love any insight, we are a diverse campus!
