Trinidad & Tobago: New what?

Tyndale reports on the lukewarm new year festivities in Trinidad's capital, reviews the Prime Minister's “party political broadcast disguised as a new year's message” and reminds us that the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME) officially came into effect on January 1.
