Timbuktu Chronicles reports that Tofu is proving to be a big earner for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria which last year produced 500,000 tons of soya beans. Nutritionally the soyabean is a perfect food as it carries ” twice the protein of meat or poultry and contain all eight essential amino acids needed for childhood development…”
