Youssef and Chiara (Italian) took photos and wrote briefly about the protest by Sudanese migrants against the UNHCR in the middle of Cairo. Almost 500 to 1000 (thanks Youssef) protestors are living in a miserable state since September, protesting their state of limbo. They refuse the return to Sudan and refuse local integration in Egypt

Mostafa, I don’t know where you got the 8,000 figure from but it is completely wrong and way too high. The photos we took which are linked up there basically encircle the primary camping ground they are using; there can’t be more than 500 to 1,000 at the very most (being generous here).
Just in case the figures matter to anyone.
I don’t know, 8000 is not logical too. I pass by their place every few days. They could never reach such number. Will edit and correct it.
