Israel: Italian Rally

Rebecca points to the Italians rally for Israel in response to the Iranian President's words. While on the same subject, umkalil wonders, perhaps they're celebrating the clinical death of thirteen year old Ismail Khatieb, shot through the head and heart by one of Israel's Occupation Forces?

  • In response to Umkalil, I doubt the Italians are marching to support killing children. In fact, in my experience, there are many Italians involved in supporting peace between Israel and Palestine (for example, many Italian women have been involved in working with Women in Black in Israel). No, these marchers are protesting the Iranian President’s call to destroy Israel.
