If such is in fact the case, it would appear that U.S. based “security companies” (generally with deep connections to the U.S. Intelligence agencies) are using journalist as “Human Shields”. It should also be considered that to many Iraqies it is not an insurgency, but a patriot movement against foreign occupiers. If Americans were in the same situation they would not consider themselves insurgents, but patriots fighting for their countrys’ freedom to chose their own form of government, without foreign dictates being imposed.
