Egypt: Iftar for Prisons Freedom

Baheyya writes: “We, the mothers , wives, and children of detainees in all of Egypt’s prisons, have the pleasure of inviting you to a group iftar on Tuesday, 22 Ramadan, 25 October 2005 , in front of the Egyptian Interior Ministry. We invite you to join us in preparing for the iftar by starting our protest march at noon on that day.”

  • Iftar party for prisoners is a good human actiivity for the welfare as well as for the development of humanity.As a sociologist I appreciate this very activity,and I hope,this will bring positive changes in the behaviours of socially approved deviants.this will also prove a nice thing in the rehablitation of these people.
