Blogging Safely

Thanks to Curt Hopkins of the Committee to Protect Bloggers for pointing out that the Electronic Frontier Foundation has released a guide: How to Blog Safely.

While many of the suggestions focus on how to avoid getting fired in the American or Western European context, the document also addresses the question of how to blog from countries where this could get you in a lot of trouble.

Useful links include the EFF's Tor website where you can learn about “onion routing.” The Tor site has a technical Wiki where users can help each other use this tool.
