North Korea and mobcasting???

A video showing the first documented act of protest inside North Korea has emerged.  Chalk up several new points against state-sponsored thuggery.

Maybe now that they're getting so many Chinese mobile phones in North Korea they can start mobcasting. Serious. I'm not joking.

Interesting idea… All they would need is a way to make the phone call. I imagine that North Koreans aren’t allowed to telephone the US; it would have to be hosted internally or in a country that they’re allowed to call. Can North Koreans call South Korea? China?

Got an email from a reader with an interesting idea: find people who will be protesting at the inauguration on Thursday. That has smart mob written all over it. Any thoughts?
