Nepal: Prime Minister Prachanda resigns

Today (Monday, May 4, 2009) afternoon at 3 PM local time, Nepal’s Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) announced his resignation through a press conference, pushing the already troubled country further into crises.
