Global Voices’ Civic Media Observatory is a method for identifying and tracking key subject themes and narrative frames that emerge around events, trends and other phenomena. The method is focused in part on questions of misinformation, disinformation, disruption and confusion, but a larger goal is to help us to also identify integrity in media in given contexts, and around specific events and trends.
