Ukraine: Tons of Fish Die; Fishing Enthusiasts Start Grassroots Campaign

Hundreds of tons of fish were trapped and crushed to death by the ice, after Ukrainian authorities abruptly lowered the level of water in the Kyiv Reservoir.
